UltraPag® precast gels are gels that have been fixed on a glass plate during polymerization. The dry gel film is toxic free and rehydratable. Before run, a simply 30 min rehydration phase in a Rehydrating buffer, suitable to your experimental conditions, allows the gel structure recover for electrophoresis run. UltraPag® precast gel allows an excellent resolution of proteins and run times are half than those for gels under standard run conditions (150 volts).
The dry glass plate fixed electrophoresis UltraPag® precast gel can be stored dry 12 months at room temperature.
