Suitable for protein electrophoresis under denaturing conditions using UltraPag® precast gels. This product is a 4X concentrated stock solution and should be diluted appropriately with sample to its final working concentration. Reducing agents can be added to sample buffer prior to immediate use (0.35% DTT or 2.5% 2-Mercapto-ethanol are usually used for 1X solution).
